Breakfast with a view

Our visit was highlighted by a lovely breakfast spread with freshly brewed coffee and pastries. The convenient tram stop nearby made exploring the city easy.

We dealt with a bit of initial confusion during check-in due to system errors, and the lack of a kettle in the room was a noticeable gap.

Very central location very close to the pedestrian bridge over the Ria. Guggenheim, the city center and the old town of Bilbao were easily explored on foot and the Matiko train station, where the Basque railway lines meet, is also easy to reach. The hotel is equipped and furnished in a contemporary way. Bed was good, room and bathroom relatively spacious and functional. WiFi very good.

Parking situation is a real headache!!! Navigating the garage is not for the faint-hearted. Plus, the absence of coffee machines in the rooms is a huge oversight that needs addressing!!!

A very well maintained hotel, stylish without wanting to appear pompous. Friendly welcome and very eager to solve my problems. Rarely stayed so well overnight.

Restaurant service unfriendly

The bar was closed most of the time, ridiculous. I noticed a stink in my room and the air conditioning was ancient and dusty. Honestly, i woudl ve been pleased with a little upgrade or at least some bottled water to ease the discomfort. I almost gave a decent review, but just couldn't.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Terrific access to lifts in the building, quiet and comfortable room on the fourth floor.

The hotel restaurant is not open on Saturday and Sunday. This is inconvenient for solo travellers.

The room was new-fashioned and compact, offered an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and a writing table. They served marvellous and very very good breakfast, it included pastries, yoghourt and cheese. The view was magnificent, the service was great❤

the breakfast had a reasonable selection of items but could use more variety. the shower can be noisy from others.

Proximity to Guggenheim Museum and the Old Town. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Very helpful receptionist and central location.

Restaurant was not open on either evening. We would have liked coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed our five-night family stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Special thanks to Monica and Jose for their attentive service. Good breakfast choices, though sometimes slow to replenish. A coffee tray in the room would enhance the experience. Don't forget to explore the on-site restaurant!

hotel was in a very good location for exploring Bilbao There was a guy on reception called Martin who was exceptionally helpful we had a problem with car hire and he sorted it out for us would recommend this hotel to anyone.
